Returns Policy
We guarantee satisfaction when you purchase artisan soap. If you are not satisfied with our products, we strive to make them better. We accept returns on any unused or unopened products within 30 days of processing the order. Damaged items will be replaced at no cost to you.
Please inspect packages closely for damages. Report the problems immediately. Shipping costs will not be refunded on any returned items. If you enter the wrong address upon checkout, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
Refunds
We have a 30-day full money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund or replacement. Shipping costs for returns are not refundable.

Shelf Life
All of our products are handmade with natural ingredients. We minimize the use of preservatives and synthetic ingredients in our products. This means they have a limited shelf life. We guarantee our products will last for one year from the date of purchase.
Please keep in mind the aroma of certain essential oils and colorants will fade once exposed to air. We highly suggest that you use the soaps and body care products within one year of the date of purchase. For more extended storage, store soaps in a cool and dry place and make sure you avoid exposure to excessive heat or direct sunlight.
Payment
All orders are shipped within 2-3 days once the payment has been received. Our preferred method of payment is a credit card. All orders placed on our site are encrypted with SSL (Security Socket Layer ) technology. Our secure server encrypts all information you input to our cart before sending it to us.
Payment Methods: After you have filled your cart and are ready to place an order, you are offered different options to pay.
Credit Card: We accept credit card payments from Visa. All credit cards are processed through a payment gateway system. This is the most secure way to process credit cards on the internet.
Paypal: Click this option for payment, and make sure you follow the instructions on the screen to make your payment through your Paypal account. Once your payment is cleared, we will ship your order.
Shipping
We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS for domestic orders. Other shipping options or carriers can be made available by request at an additional charge. All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. UPS orders are not deliverable to the post office box.
We provide insurance for your orders upon request.
Aura Artisan Soap shall not be responsible for any VAT, other applicable taxes, or duties on any international shipments. Any such fees due are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please contact us if you are ordering from outside the U.S.
International Orders: For customers outside of the U.S., we ship by Global Priority Mail or Air Mail. The shipment may be subject to taxes charged by the destination country.
