At Aura ARTisan Soap, every bar is handcrafted with love, care, and the highest quality ingredients. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us! If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

We’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue—either through a replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for personal dislike of scent, texture, or appearance.

• Colors, designs, and weights may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our soaps.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
